1 cup fresh raspberries
2 cups fresh blackberries
2 cups hulled fresh strawberries, quartered
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. Limoncello (lemon-flavored liqueur)
1/2 torn mint leaves

Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl, let stand for 20 minutes. Gently stir in mint using rubber spatula.
