3 cups whole grain flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
3 1/2 cups carrot pulp
1 cup pineapple pulp
1 cup honey
2 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
6 egg whites
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cup crushed walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix pulp well.Add egg whites, vanilla, honey, and oil. Blend into pulp mixture.Mix in nuts. Fill muffin pans and bake for 45 minutes
