3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the eggs and beat the yolks. Beat in the milk, butter and sour cream.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar and add to the liquid mixture.

Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.

Makes 8 waffles.
