2 C. Sugar
2 C. Evaporated Milk
6 Tsp. Flour
1 Tsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Add all items, except for last butter and vanilla.
Stir together with whisk, so flour doesn't lump.
Cook til it thickens, remove from heat.
Add last 2 items and pour into baked pie crust.

This recipe comes from Southern Missouri, where I was raised. Sometimes if you don't let it thicken enough, it's "Spoon Pie"!
