3 T olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worchestershire
1.4 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan an saute onion until golden. Add garlic and cook one minute longer. Add remainder of ingredients, bring to a boil, lower hear and simmer uncovered until desired thickness (1 - 2 hours).
