1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup butter
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cheese and mix with butter (room temp). Mix flour gradually into cheese mixture. Add 1/8 tsp. red pepper. (Can add pepper to flour). Chill slightly. Shape into 2 logs about 10 inches long and 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place in refrigerate until time to use. May be frozen. If frozen, take out ahead to thaw.

Slice about 1/8 or 1/4 inch thick, place on cookie sheet. May place a slice of olive on top.

Bake in 375º oven for 12 minutes.
