8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp fresh, minced parsley
1/2 tsp basil leaves
1/2 tsp chopped chives
1 tsp dry white vermouth
pinch of lemon pepper
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese with garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Chill and serve with assorted crackers.

Optional: add 1/2 cup sour cream and serve as a cold dip with raw vegetables.

Best made a day ahead.

This recipe came from a shop in Indianapolis. The whole booklet was in Grandma's recipe box but this recipe she had highlighted, so I felt it should be included as one of hers to share.

Also found in the box was Betsy's version of this recipe, the only difference is one tablespoon of Vermouth instead of one teaspoon.
