Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

1c. shortening
2c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 c. uncooked QUICK rolled oats
1/4 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped Walnuts

Mix fat,sugar,and eggs. Beat Well
Mix in Flour, Oatmeal, coconut, baking soda, salt
Stir in Raisins and nuts

Bake at 375
For 10 minutes
