4 cups chicken broth
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until rice and vegetables are tender. Makes 6 servings.
