4 medium baking potatoes
1 6 oz. can crabmeat (can use frozen)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup half & half
1 egg
salt, to taste
1/4-1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 tsp. grated onion
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Bake potatoes. Cut small portion off tops (lengthwise). Scoop out potato and mash. Add butter, cream, eggs, and seasonings. Beat. Mix in onions, crab and cheese. Put back in skins. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º .
