4 Eggs
2 Cups of sugar
1 Tsp. vanilla
2 Sticks margarine
2 Tblsp. Cocoa
1 1/2 Cups of Flour
Coconut (optional)
1 Jar Marshmallow Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and cocoa together. Mix together eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Then add to the chocolate mixture. Combine all this mixture with flour (about 4 minutes).

Bake at 350 º for about 25 or 30 minutes. Just until well done around the edges.

Over hot cake- spread 1 jar marshmallow cream.

Icing:
Mix together:
1 Stick margarine
3 Tblsp. cocoa
1 Tsp. vanilla
5-6 Tblsp. Pet Evaporated Milk
1/2 Bx powdered sugar until thick.

Pour over the marshmallow cream and let cool.
