1 chopped onion
1 lrg. can chopped green chili's
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 or 2 pkg. shredded cheese (depends on how much you like cheese)
1 - 2 lbs. chopped chicken (U yse 1 whole chicken that I boil until done)
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg. fajita size flour tortillas
salt and pepper to taste
Picante sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green chili's, add chopped chicken and cream of chicken sout.
Put about 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp. mixture and shredded cheese into flour tortilla and roll with crease side down. Pour cheddar cheese soup over rolled tortillas.

Bake at 375 until heated (approx. 20 min).

I mix picante sauce and cheddar cheese soup to use as the sauce.

Personal Notes:
For lower fat - use fat free cream of chicken soup, low fate shredded cheese, and picante sauce in place of cheddar cheese soup.
