1 large onion, diced
2-3 stalks celery, diced
1 cup water
1 tsp. chicken broth granules, (add more to taste)
1 cup diced leftover pork or chicken
salt & pepper, to taste
1 can Chinese bean sprouts
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
1 can Chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and celery in heated vegetable oil until soft. Add pork or chicken and bean sprouts. Simmer. Mix cornstarch with cold water. Add to meat mixture and stir to thicken. Serve over rice and top with Chinese noodles.
