1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tspGarlic Powder
1 tsp Cumin Spice
1 tsp Sugar or Splenda

Directions:

Cut up chicken to thin strips
Fry onion
Add chicken to the onions then Add
Spices
Cover pan turn over every 5 minutes
Let cook for 20 minutes
Enjoy
