Quart Jars
Pressure Cooker

Directions:
Directions:
Wash string beans, bring to a boil. Boil for 5-6 minutes. Put in hot quart jars with liquid, add 1 teaspoon salt. Seal jars.
Pressure cooker for 25 minutes under 10 pounds of pressure.

There was many string beans canned at mama's and daddy's. And I usually can at least 18 - 20 quarts yearly.
