6 slices bread crumbled
1 tsp. yellow mustard
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated swiss cheese
3/4 c. half & half
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place crumbled bread in buttered 9" X 13" dish to cover bottom. Cook sausage until crumbly and drain well. Mix mustard with sausage and sprinkle over bread. Sprinkle cheese on top. Combine eggs, half & half, milk and salt and pepper. Pour over casserole. Bake for 30 mins. or until set.
