1 cup sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
Onions, sliced into rings
frying oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onion into rings. Mix flour and salt. Beat egg until it is a lemon color then add milk. Dip sliced rings into this egg-milk mixture then into the flour salt mixture. Fry until golden brown in oil
