1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, salt, and milk. Add enough flour to make dough stiff. Roll dough out very thin on a floured surface. Cut noodles and let dry about 2 hours. Once dry drop in boiling soup or salted water and cook for 10 minutes.
