1 no. 2 can fruit cocktail (3 1/2 cups)
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2, 3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. drained, quarter maraschino cherries
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit cocktail, reserving 1 c. syrup. Dissolve jello in hot water. Add reserved syrup & lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Soften cream cheese. Add mayonnaise and beat until smooth. Add to jello mixture, mixing well. Stir in fruit cocktail, marshmallows & cherries. Fold in whipped cream.

Freeze several hours. Slice and place on top of lettuce to serve.
