1 lb sirloin tip
snow peas
Chinese vegetables
garlic, minced
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and minced garlic in a little Wesson oil and set aside. Cook vegetables in small amount of oil and garlic salt. Add meat to heat. Serve with rice. Can add water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, if desired.
