2 cups milk
1 cup shortening
2 pkg. yeast
3 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and add shortening to melt, let cool. Add yeast while warm. Add beaten eggs, salt and sugar. Mix well and stir in flour and beat well. Cover and let rise until double (about 1 hour). Punch down and spoon into a well greased 9" mold or tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
