1 qt. jar sour kraut
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. chopped celery
1 T. celery seed
1 sm. jar drained pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar and vinegar for 1 minute. Set aside and let cool. Drain sour kraut and chop into small pieces. Add onions, green pepper, celery, celery seed and pimentos. Mix thoroughly. Pour sugar-vinegar mixture over sour kraut mixture. Mix and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
