Directions:
Beat eggs until very stiff and add sugar slowly while continuing to beat (with electric mixer). Add both cans of milk and vanilla. Mix. Pour into chilled container from ice creamer freezer. Fill container with regular or low fat milk. Put lid on container and follow procedures for your ice creamer maker (or place crushed ice around the container after you have put it in freezer bucket. Sprinkle ice cream salt in with the ice. Turn freezer on and let it run until you hear the motor begin to hesitate or struggle. After ice cream is made, drain off excess water and take paddle out. Cover with foil and then replace lid. Cover completely with ice and salt. Cover all with newspaper and tie with string until ice cream has had opportunity to thicken).
