1-1/2 lbs cubed round steak, cut into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 med onion, sliced
8ozs fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (10 3/4oz) can beef broth
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Salt & Pepper
All-Purpose Flour
Cooked Egg Noodles

Season steak with salt & pepper and dust with flour. In a large skillet on Med High heat, add olive oil & butter and brown steak on both sides. Remove steak from pan. Reduce heat and add onions and mushrooms to the pan drippings. Saute' until onion is tender. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of flour. Put steak back in pan and add soups. Cook over low heat for about 30 mins, covered, stirring occasionally. Stir in the sour cream just before serving. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
