1 package frozen green peas,
salt,parsley,g.wash.broth
some margarine for sauteeing
Dumplings:1/2 stick soft margarine,1 egg
flour,salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee peas in margarine, add salt, some G Wash Broth
cut up parsley,boil app. 5 min. taste add salt according
to taste. In seperate bowl
mix margarine and egg, and salt well
add flour to consistency of mousse ( ??)
drop a teaspoonful in boiling soup to see if it forms
dumpling if too loose add some more flour. It should be
fluffy. Drop by tsp full into boiling soup, boil 5 min.
