2 c sugar
4 eggs
3 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c parve whip
1/2 c water
4 oz grated bittersweet chocolate
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

preheat oven to 350
cream margarine with sugar and eggs
add flour mixed w baking powder alt w liquid
fold in grated chocolate and spices
place in greased loaf pan
bake until toothpick comes out clean, about 50 min.
