4 chicken breasts, cubed, without skin or bones
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry wine, sake or dry sherry
1 TB vegetable oil
2 tsp. chopped ginger root or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least 1 hour. Thread cubes onto skewers and brush with marinade. Broil in oven or grill, brushing with marinade and turning until done (10-12 minutes).
