1 lb can salmon
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese (room temperature is easier to mix)
2 tbsp. grated or finely chopped onion
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. pepper or dash of Tabasco
1 tbsp. liquid smoke (didn’t do this, since I didn’t have any)
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
Chopped nuts
Parsley
Paprika

Directions:
Drain salmon and remove skin and bones. Flake and combine with next 7 ingredients. I use a mixer. Chill several hours, I wrap it in aluminum foil; waxed paper sticks. Decorate with chopped nuts and parsley (didn’t have any parsley) or paprika.
