3/4 lb. skinless boneless chicken breast halves - cubed, 1 med. onion, chopped, 1 garlic clove, minced, 1 T vegetable oil, 1 1/2 c water, 1 (15 oz) can white kidney or cannelini beans, rinsed & drained, 1 (15 oz) can garbanzoi beans, rinsed & drained, 1 (4 oz) can chppd green chilis, 1 tsp. chicken boullion granules, 1 tsp. ground cumin

In large skillet saute chciken, onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender. Transfer to slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hrs or until chciken juices run clear and flavors are blended.
