Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package Won ton wraps
Your choice of ravioli filling (I like chicken & spinach filling; Ken likes Italian sausage filling)
Marinara sauce or other sauce of your choice

Chicken & Spinach Filling:
10 oz. can of white chicken, chopped finely
15 oz. container ricotta cheese
15 oz. canned spinach, drained well
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Italian Sausage Filling:
1/2 lb browned Italian sausage, drained
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded finely
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling of your choice in bowl, set aside.

Place healthy spoonful of filling on Won ton wrap. Brush edges of wrap with water; cover with another wrap. Press all sides to seal.

Boil in salted water until ravioli floats, about 4 minutes. Remove ravioli from boiling water. Serve with marinara sauce, or sauce of your choice. I like to use the creamy roasted tomato and red bell pepper sauce (found in sauce section of cookbook).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Make sure not to put so much filling in that you can't seal the wraps; if you don't have a good seal, all of the filling will come out in the boiling water. My family loves this recipe; the girls begged for me to include it in the cookbook!
