2 lbs. bulk Italian sausage
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can (31 oz.) pork & beans, drained
1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, drained
1 can (15-1/2 oz.) great northern beans
1 can (15-1/2 oz.) black eyed peas, drained
1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans, drained
1 can (15 oz.) garbonzo beans, drained
1-1/2 cups catsup
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. ground mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage. Add pepper and onion; saute until tender; drain.

In sprayed 9x13" baking dish add all ingredients; mix well.

Bake covered at 325º for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
