2 cups butter, softened
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp. minced garlic cloves
4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Cover and store in the refrigerator.

Great to spread on poultry between the skin and the meat before baking or grilling. Also great on corn on the cob, steamed veggies, or potatoes.
