16 baby red potatoes, cut in half
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. minced rosemary or 1 tsp. dried, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in large bowl; drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients; stir to coat.

On a 12x15" sheet pan, bake uncovered at 400 for 40-50 minutes, turning once.
