Ingredients:  
1 lb. medium sharp cheese,grated (room temperature)
3 c self-rising flour
1 c oil
Cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients and mix with your hands. (you may have to add more oil) Use in cookie press or shape into balls and flatten with a fork. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until lightly browned.
