1 lb sausage, browned and drained
1 package crescent rolls
1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place crescent rolls on ungreased round pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Seal edges.

Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns. Top with Cheddar cheese.

In bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
