1 can Raisin Pie Filling
3/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
6 T water
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp cinnamon

Mix margarine, brown sugar, eggs, water & vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix. Roll out for cut out cookies may need to add a little flour. Cut with round cookie cutter and put a teaspoon of raisin pie filling in center of half of the cookie and top with another cookie, press edges to seal.

Bake at 350 til lightly browned, 12-15 minutes.
