10-12 potatoes
2 large onions
3/4 cup oil
8 eggs
3/4 cup water

Heat the oil in a 9 x 13 in the oven
Grate the potatoes and onions
Pour in the hot oil
Add eggs, water, salt and pepper
Mix well
Bake at 425 for 1 hour
Add 3/4 cup of water, cover tightly and bake at 200 overnight.
