CAKE:
1 c flour
1 c sugar
1/2 c margarine
4 eggs
1 -- 16oz. CAN Hershey's chocolate syrup

MINT CREAM:
2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c margarine
1 T water
3/4 t mint extract
5 drops green food color

CHOCOLATE CREAM:
6 T margarine
1 c MINT chocolate chips**

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix cake ingredients and pour into greased/floured 9x13 pan. Bake for 25-30 minuts, top will look wet. Cool in refrigerator. Beat mint cream till smooth an spread on cake, chill in refrigerator. Mix chocolate cream till smooth and spread on top. Store in refrigerator.

**I can't always find mint chocolate chips but Andes mints makes something called mint chocolate baking pieces (it's in a green package by the chocolate chips usually). I've used it and it's fine.
