Use your favorite peanut butter cookie recipe or this one:
2 sticks butter
1 cp packed brown sugar
1 cp granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cp peanut butter
2 1/2 cps flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 bags of miniature Reece's Peanut Butter Cups

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar and peanut butter together. Add eggs, flour, baking soda and vanilla. Roll approx. 1 tsp of cookie dough into a ball and place in a nonstick miniature muffin pan. Unwrap the peanut butter cups and push one down into each ball of dough. Dough should just about come up to the top of the peanut butter cup all around. Bake at 350º for 10 - 12 minutes. Cool slightly and gently remove from muffin pan with a butter knife to loosen.

My grandchildren will love these one day!

Also very good with a brownie mix. But this version is the best.
