2 Bags Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies
(or equivalent vanilla wafers)
6 to 8 bananas, sliced
2 cups milk
1 (5oz) box instant banana cream pudding
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12oz) container cool whip, thawed
(whipped cream to top, if desired)

Directions:

Line bottom of a 13x9 inch dish with 1 bag of chessmen cookies and put bananas on top. Blend milk with pudding mix well with a handheld electric mixer. Beat cream cheese and condensed milk together in another bowl until smooth; fold in cool whip. Add to pudding mixture, stirring until well blended. Pour mixture over cookies and bananas ; cover with remaining bag of cookies. Refrigerate until chilled.
