1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
14 oz bag of Kraft Light Caramel
1/2 cp evaporated milk
3/4 cp melted margarine
2 cps walnuts
1 cp chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake as directed and pour 1/2 into a 9 x 12 baking dish. Bake at 350º for 15 min. Melt caramels, milk and butter over low heat. Pour candy mixture over cooked cake. Sprinkle 1 cp nuts and the chocolate chips over the caramel mixture. Cover with the rest of the cake batter. Top with the remaining nuts. Bake at 350º for 20 - 25 min. Serve warm. Nice with whipped cream.
