Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter

Topping:
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine egg, milk and butter and add to flour mixture.
Fill lightly greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 25 minutes. Dip tops of puffs into melted butter then into mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
