8 oz. dry tagliatelle or fettucine
3 oz. prosciutto, cut into strips
2 T. evoo
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. frozen peas
Salt and Pepper
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and drain.
Saute prosciutto in oil in a large saute pan over med-high heat. Deglaze pan with wine, simmer until liquid is reduced by half.
Stir in cream, peas, and pasta. Bring mixture to a simmer. Cook until sauce is slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Stirring to coat ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese before serving.
