1 1/2 lbs ground beef
6 - 8 large potatoes
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cp milk
2 cans creamed corn
1/2 lb american cheese
1 cp shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburg and drain. Boil potatoes, drain add butter and milk and mash. Add salt, pepper to taste. Place browned hamburg in bottom of 9 x 12 baking dish. Pour both cans of creamed corn over the hamburg. Layer american cheese and them cheddar cheese over hamburg and corn. Spread mashed potatoes over all. Bake at 375 for 30 - 35 minutes or until bubbly.
