1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Cream flour, butter & powdered sugar. Press evenly into bottom of ungreased pan (8x8). Bake for 20 minutes.

Beat remaining ingredients until they are light & fluffy (about 3 minutes). Pour over hot crust & bake about 25 minutes longer or until no imprint remains when touched lightly in center. Cool & cut.
