1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 (32 oz.) bag Tater-Tots
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onions, drain. Place Tater-Tots in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add ground beef. In a separate bowl, mix mushroom soup, milk, and sour cream and pour over top Tater-Tots. Season with a little garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes.
