4 cups brownie mix

1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp baking soda
Cocoa Icing:

3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup( 1 stick) butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease and lightly flour a 15 x 10 sheet cake pan. Put brownie mix into large
mixing bowl. In a small saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Add to brownie mix. Add sour
cream, eggs, and baking soda. Blend well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20 - 25 minutes, until a
toothpick comes out clean. Prepare cocoa icing. Frost cake while it is still hot.

Icing: In a small saucepan, bring evaporated milk, butter and cocoa to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Frost.
