1 Egg beaten
1/2 cp Sugar
1/2 cp Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Oil
2 - 3 cps Sliced Apples
Sugar & Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fill unlined pie plate with sliced apples that you have mixed with sugar and cinnamon to taste..you can substitute Splenda for the sugar if you want. Bake that for 15 minutes or until tender at 350º. Mix together eggs and sugar. Sift Flour and baking soda into that mixture and blend along with the oil. Spread mixture over hot apples and return to the oven. Bake until brown.
