3 eggs
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1 cup cream
1 tbsp melted butter
1/8 tsp lemon, vanilla or orange extract
few drops yellow food color

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in blender. Pour small amount into buttered fry pan and roll around to thin. Turn to brown on both
sides (like a crepe). Combine 4 sliced cooking apples, 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 cup sugar; cook until tender. Spoon filling over pancakes and dust with powdered sugar. (Or just cheat and buy 1 or 2 cans of apple filling)
