1 lb. ground pork sausage
3 c. bisquick mix
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar (15 1/2oz) salsa con queso
3/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook sausage in a lg skillet, stirring till it crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain and cool.
2. Combine sausage, baking mix, and cheese in bowl.
3. Add salsa and water and stir till completely moistened. Spoon into lightly greased muffin pans, filling to top of cups.
4. Bake at 375 for 15 - 18 min till lightly browned
